The roof is designed to lift off so that little hands can't be trapped by a hinged roof slamming shut.
The finished cottage measures 21" wide by 13" deep and 25" high (53cm by 33cm by 64cm) it has 6 rooms and a central staircase.
This is a boxed set, which contains the plan, front door and windows, hinges, screws and glazing sheet - in fact everything you need to make the cottage except for the wood, glue and your tools!
