Serendipity will never pass on your personal or credit or debit card details to any third party. We also do not store any credit or debit card details.
All items on this website have been described as accurately as possible.
We reserve the right to not accept your order at our discretion
We can't dispatch any order without having the card billing address.
No item will be sent abroad to any address which is not the card billing address
Returns will be accepted if sent back within 7 days and they arrive in the same condition in which they were sent. Refunds will be given the same way you pay, ie paypal, credit card etc.

 Return postage to be paid by the customer.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours, please allow a reasonable amount of time for the post to deliver.
We will always give a refund on postage if more than one item is purchased and if the postage therefore works out at less than the individual items.
